Very thorough and communicative! Did a great job!
Everything was fine, but it took an awful long time for an oil change and tire rotation- almost twice as long as the estimated 1 1/2 hrs. But the coffee is always good.
Sam is friendly, prompt, eager to help, and an all around great service advisor. This was my second service appointment with her, and so far no problems.
They didn’t address the orange drop down I get that when I try to make a call that says
“Unavailable while driving”. I picked it up after hours. Left a message today about not addressing this constant problem and have not heard back.
Kenric provided super service. The car was ready when he said that it would be ready.

Notch, there was an unfortunate circumstance that occurred with my car that I completely understood that happens, people are human, the staff took care of it promptly and I was given a courtesy car for the week I was without mine. I was anticipating some sort of goodwill compensation from the service manager that was said would happen but never happened. I’m a person that still believes in a word and if I say I’m going to do something I do it. Other than that everything was acceptable.
I was glad they didn’t find anything else wrong with my vehicle. I just brought it in for an oil change. I thought for sure they would tell me about other problems. Although I was told that I needed an alignment when I first pulled in, but I have my car checked that way with the NTB tires.

The process from begining to end was flawless. The Mechanic Derek White has worked on my cars for year, back to his old dealership days. He is great, that is why I intrusted him and hand picked him to service my new vehicle.
Aaron is a great man and he is very knowledgeable. He was very kind, helpful and he knew how to help us set up a payment plan. I appreciate his professional help with a smile and he was fun to speak with. Give him a raise ????????
Very rude and disrespectful service managers, they broke a pice at my Toyota and told me that it was old . I will never be back there . In the last 3 years I spend $150.000 and that’s what I get back . I will never recommend that to anyone I know . Worse service ever .

Great seamless service. however wouldn’t mention it but it happens each time I get my car serviced, grease and oil on hood, driver side door inside and outside, feel the car should not come back more dirty than when it’s dropped off
Overall, I am very satisfied how I was treated when I had my car serviced. However, what I believe needs to improve is the communication. I was struggling to have people return my calls when I left messages. Also, there was no call to me to coordinate when to pick me up to retrieve my car/loaner vehicle. Therefore communication is the only item I believe you guys need to work on. Once I was there, the staff always treated me with professionalism and respect. Overall, I did have a very positive interaction with Adriana Anderson, Cole (driver) and the rest of the staff.

Aryn Martin resolved my issue at this appointment. I'm hopeful the fix will be permanent and that I will not need to return for the same issue.
