That was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a service department. I know that the request to inspect my 4WD was not done. I am glad to not be near this dealer soon, second bad experience here.

I finally got my radio replaced on my BRAND NEW car. Toyota knows the radio's they put in their Camry's were defective. It should NOT have taken 9 months! -EW
