I came for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I waited for almost two hours for this to be completed. I felt that was an excessive amount of time.
I wanted a simple oil change and then am talked into doing alignment sent a bunch of photos saying several things are wrong with my car parts and needed fixed. No proof the photos are even my car parts and also trying to sell me tires. I don’t like the pressure. Previous owner took better care of us and no pressure was put on us.
My service visit was friendly and fast this afternoon. Waiting room is pleasant and staff very welcoming and helpful.
Selena was very helpful an kept me informed on the progress of Mt car, she also went over everything that the technicians completed.
