Went above and beyond to get my car done as quickly as possible, despite having a miscommunication when I made my appointment.
Car had new scratches upon pick up that were not disclosed to me. Steve checked out the car and will be ordering new parts to replace the two scratched panels. I will gladly give a positive response to this survey once the repairs are completed. Other than that, thank you for replacing the battery.

I thought when I bought my car and paid for the certified maintenance plan it would give me discounts on services and free oil changes or at least that is what I was told. I haven't been offered anything or any discounts. It doesn't seem it was explained well or wasn't completely honest.

I am very unhappy with the customer service. I am sorry, I don’t have the name of the representative who “helped “ me. He gave me the papers. I think he could explain a little bit about what services were done, as I remember from other times, but maybe the policy was changed. Then, he said I am going to bring your car. He came back, went to the office from the back, back to the reception desk, not a word! I asked, where is my car? Someone will bring it to you!!! If you don’t wash the car, don’t write down complimentary car wash performed!
Aaron was awesome. Took care of me right when I walked in. Gave me options and helped me come to a good resolution to keep my car safe. I appreciate his hard work and will be confident to come back when I need further assistance.

However, I’m still not pleased that I had to pay for the front emblem replacement. I just replaced one for almost $400:a few months ago at Westside I think it wasn’t attached securely, I don’t believe someone stole it. And I don’t think my bumper hitting a snow drift forced it to fall off.
But I wanted it fixed. And I have no proof that I didn’t cause it. So I paid for it. There was no labor charge. I appreciate that.
The staff was nice and very informative on my maintenance needs.
