I was quoted a price of 434 and it came out to over 500 and the service person couldn't explain why. Nothing was done that wasn't quoted.

I have chips out of my van that weren’t there before and now I have to leave it for another couple days to get fixed. Yes they’re giving me a rental, but I’d rather not have to deal with any of this and have my van the way it was when I brought it in.

Selena was very nice. She got my price down as much as she could. I was in a week or so earlier and I was charged a diagnostic charge of $85.55. I thought that was going to be taken off the charge of $371. But it was not. The repair took about an hour. I think that is a LOT of money! I’m just really disappointed. Lois K
Tire pressure was 33 not 36 right after having the tires rotated. Not the first time that’s happened. Such an easy thing to do, too. Look at what was done and ask yourself if you’d be 100% satisfied after spending close to $1000 for routine maintenance. The other work is fine but why this lingers is frustrating.
People were very pleasant especially Eryn but it seems like you charge way too much and not sure if I trust you guys.
