Aaron was very polite and always had a smile on his face. I ask to have my insight.Windshield washed since it's too hard for me to reach. It still had marks on it from the factory suction cups and I couldn't reach it. I did talk to sam about a trade in on my car.And what was available?And what was the value of my Camry.

Tire pressure was 35 on all four tires before service started but different on all four after : 32, 33, 34, 35.

I don't want to be contacted, but my windshield was completely iced over when my car was given to me. I get it, the weather is bad, there was no complimentary car wash, but at least brush/ scrape off my windows for me before sending me on my way.

I normally don't submit comments on surveys but I do have to say that Kenric was quite a professional. He knows his vehicles he's enthusiastic about his job. A rarity in today's world. And he was willing to help me every step of the way also giving me a call earlier in the week and letting me know the progress of my vehicle's repair. I'm hoping I'll get a chance to work with him again the next time my vehicle goes into service. But very highly recommended employee for his attitude, personality and professionalism

Friendly service at Westside Toyota. I’m a little disappointed and surprised that I had to get my 13 month old Toyota truck with 2800 miles on it towed ($275) to the dealer for a stuck emergency brake that turned out to be due to a bad battery that they replaced.

Both Rick and Steven took outstanding care of me. When my car would not start after replacing a battery cable, Rick immediately offered me a loaner vehicle so the technician could test the battery further. Outstanding service!

KJ was very professional and the environment was very hospitable and welcoming. I'm dissatisfied because whoever set the pricing on the recommended service addons set an option for spark plugs at a cost of 0, leading me to believe they would have been free. I acknowledge there was fine print stating it was only an estimate, and I am partially to blame for my own situation for selecting the work to be done in the first place without catching that it was an estimate. However, had I realized that the spark plugs weren't actually free I would've never selected the work to be done in the first place and I would've never have liked to be charged an extra $200 between parts and labor. I've been taking my cars to the Brook Park dealership service for years, deciding to try this location to save on costs as their prices have recently risen, and I've never had a problem with their systems like this. Because I was put in such a situation in the first place, either by system accident or someone intentionally did so as an upcharging tactic, I don't intend to return to either location. I do thank KJ again for his quiet professionalism.

A bit busy at 10am checkin. Eight people on phones and no one to take my keys. Finally after about ten minutes of standing facing all these people a young lady got the info to complete my drop off. Bad image.

Welcoming service staff was great and kept me well informed of my vehicle’s status throughout the day. For what I paid though for my particular service needs (chewed plastic sheathing and wires, 2nd time in 2 weeks), I would’ve hoped that some of the exposed (though still intact) wires (harness) in the engine compartment would’ve been at least taped up or have new plastic wrapped around them to help deter future issues. Overall though, my service needs were met which I greatly appreciate!
