I have done tires rotation there, then a separate alignment service and the wheel still turn to the right. I had to take your mechanic for a ride and he mention to drop off the car on Friday. I hope the correct root cause gets identified before its costing me to correct proposed solutions.

I find it very frustrating that I am being charged for using a credit card. This was not the case in the past. I understand the need to pass the cost along on the low margin sales side. Service is not low margin.
