I have done tires rotation there, then a separate alignment service and the wheel still turn to the right. I had to take your mechanic for a ride and he mention to drop off the car on Friday. I hope the correct root cause gets identified before its costing me to correct proposed solutions.
Service dept addressed issue with my rav4 without an appointment. Was very satisfied with the tech finding the issue with the window regulator. Wait was comfortable in waiting area.

I find it very frustrating that I am being charged for using a credit card. This was not the case in the past. I understand the need to pass the cost along on the low margin sales side. Service is not low margin.
