Within minutes of dropping off my car, I was sent a text asking if I was open to selling the car. I am not even the owner of my car as it is a fleet vehicle through work. Just perform the maintenance on my car without spamming me nonsense.
Your team did an excellent job with the oil change for my Tacoma. I was very pleased. I also enjoyed speaking with the sales reps and looking at the cars and trucks in the showroom. The only disappointment was it was too cold to get the car wash. Thank you Westside Toyota!!
Adriana did a great job however, in my paperwork it shows that I denied my spare tire from being checked and that was never brought to my attention. I never confirmed nor denied anything. The spare tire should have been checked as this is a safety issue if I need it and it is flat. That was the only disappointment
My car was returned to me with a low air pressure indicator on my dashboard. I immediately returned to the dealership and the employee confirmed that my tire pressures were indeed very low. He informed me that this should never have happened. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I've received. It has placed my car at risk for damage and myself at risk of an adverse event. I will never be returning to this dealership for any service.
Selena was very courteous and professional, She kept me updated on the progress of my service. I haven’t gone over the truck yet to verify the service satisfaction, but at the same time Toyota/Westside Toyota has always been good addressing any issues or concerns

As he was putting the information in the iPad, he was asking me questions about any other details I could remember about the proformance of the car. When I made the appointment they said for tire rotation. when I got there, I found out it should be oil change and brake fluid.
Also, I am not happy that you charge 3% to use a credit card for the shop fee fees of buying a $48,000 car from your dealer it would be nice to not nickel and diamonds on every Dang gone thing.

Selena was very friendly and prompt in relaying the finding of one of the issues i brought my Tacoma in for. The issue was resolved as well as the 60k mile service and other maintenance items very quickly with several updates along the way. Given this service interaction, i plan on servicing my Tacoma at Westside Toyota moving forward.
