I’m very happy with the excellent level of service Kenric has been providing. He always goes above and beyond. I’ve even spoken to him over the phone on a Saturday and he walked me through the issue I was having with the key fob. Kenric and the Westside Toyota Service Team are exceptional!

The software upgrade for the recall seems to have created CarPlay issues rather than resolved. Feel I was scammed $150 for an alignment. The visual system stated an issue but no data to make a decision. Offered a “deal” of $119 + tax but final bill included a shop fee of ~ $5. No results at checkout to review, but found a report on my dashboard. Front left tire only out and it was less than 0.2 degrees. Why not charge less for the test and then decide for an alignment? How accurate is the visual system?

Aaron was friendly, personable, explained everything that was going to be done with my car, told me the amount of money arranged for the shuttle to take me home and called me to let me know that the shuttle was on my way.Aaron was great ????

Aaron was excellent. Unrelated to Aaron or service - I and still stunned that when I went to pay my bill ($1000) that the dealership is making the customer pay the credit card fees. Borderline disgusting move by management to save a couple bucks.

Kenric was awesome! He answered all of my questions, no matter how weird. He was extremely polite and reassuring and did not press me to have work done that I could not afford...yet.
