I was told it would take approximately an hour - I waited comfortably .,. And it was almost precisely one hour. .
Aaron was welcoming, friendly and insightful. He communicated clearly the repairs needed and the work that was done. I felt satisfied, and I am happy to return for any work in the future.
Wait time was way longer than I was told, but they didn’t end up charging me because of the long delay. I appreciate that they realized how much they underestimated the wait time and compensated me for it.

Not sure why my bill was so much
The first time I needed a tire it cost me like $100.70 because you guys took $200 off from my warranty and I have the receipt
This time around it was $280 and then the labor costs for total services was almost $300
The bill doesn't make any sense to me and the paperwork doesn't add up... None of the receipts make sense or add up to the same total
Went in for a tire and ended up coming out of there $600 later, not pleased at all
I also don't understand how in the report it says "customer request this and that" when I DID NOT request anything other than standard maintenance and a tire
I was informed about the additional services like getting an alignment, air cabin filter and wipers but never once was the cost of a tire given to me or the labor costs and that was what I DID come in for so I was completely blindsided
It took 2 hours for my scheduled service to complete. Before start, I was told it's one hour though. No reason provided for the delay. I had to reschedule my day plans. If I had to guess Toyota served something or someone else during my service time.
Steve Grillo and the Service Manager Steve took appropriate action regarding the failures of technician that very could cost a very expensive motor. I appreciated their transparency regarding the cause of the oil leakage and their time spent with me regarding a resolution.
People in service were unable to explain charges on my bill - admitted double charges for things - so disappointed - my wife and I love Toyota and are going to buy a new car this year - had a great experience talking to sales people but won’t be back after such a problem with service girl picking up the car - sorry
I was never called when my service was complete. I had to make the call at 5:30 pm
When I made the appointment and when I dropped it off, I stated that neither of the key fobs will remote start the vehicle. I also mentioned that the backup key gets weird with the alarm system when the main key is not with it. Somehow that got turned into the "lock/unlock not working" which was not the issue. Remote start still does not function.
The service of the car way too long. On several occasions I was told the car would be ready in a few minutes and then I had to wait several more minutes. It took over three hours to complete the service.

The one thing that I did ask fixed for was the driver side lock, and it didn’t work yesterday again with the key fob. And I’m curious, I set the appointment up with one service advisor and another one took it. I usually do first available or it doesn’t matter but the last few times I really liked who I worked with. I’m just curious how come that happened?
Service was what I expected, Kendrick was helpful, communications were good as he listen to my concerns and he provided information for my next visit. 5 Star service!
