Selena was great, the person prior to her never scheduled my car to get repaired, when I came in there was no record of me coming in for service that day. They sorted that out, then they had to order the part, if that would have been done prior to me coming in for service that would’ve happened. I brought my car in 7 days prior to, they knew what had to be repaired. I had to leave my car and take one of their rentals. It was inconvenient.

Steven was very helpful in multiple ways. After receiving the Recall Notice a couple months ago I had not seen any status updates. I visited Westside Toyota on a Saturday and Steven researched the issue and found a resolution was available. He then proceeded to have an order submitted for the necessary parts. These arrived the following week and he contacted me to setup a time to have the Recall taken care of. He met me when I brought my Supra in and arranged for me to be shuttled back to my home. He called again my car was ready. Terrific effort and service from Steven. Great job!

As I drove into the dealership wanting my car fixed of a mechanical problem.
He put me at ease and truly listened to me about my car repair concern and assured me he would do everything he could to get it fixed by that afternoon and he and the rest the staff at West Side Toyota of North Olmsted did. For that I am totally grateful.

My oil change and tire rotation was supposed to cost $79 because I had a discount card. There was an extra $9.89 charges for “shop supplies” added on. No explanation what those supplies were. This seems like a sneaky way to jack up the price. I’d think twice about coming back for service at Westside Toyota.
Everything was ok except the maintenance reminder notification was not reset. Not that big of a deal but just letting you know.
I was particularly pleased to work with the service manager Sam who made it possible for me to get my car back while I had to wait for a part to come in.
Toyota should really do a better job of setting their employees up for success - providing only 3 of 4 pieces of a part for repairs is unacceptable.
Always extremely friendly and helpful service agents. And the work actually gets it done in a reasonable amount of time while we wait. And the entire experience is incredibly well organized
I've said this before but the prices at all dealerships including this one Or outrageous compared to our local mechanic. So I can't keep affording Coming to a dealer. Westside Service agents do make sure that all the coupons are being used and that does lower the price some. But I still treat West Side as the service of last resort, not because there's anything at all wrong with the service but just because I have to look elsewhere for less expensive options
