Everything went well and I was happy that Selena was able to get me in for service on short notice.
When I scheduled this appointment I knew the fuel door and sensor had to be replaced. I said I didn't want to schedule it until the parts were available. The scheduling agent assure me that would be no problem. Yet they are not. In addition if the Fuel Door had been repaired when I first brought it in (instead of "no repair was made" because the technictians managed to get it open) I suspect the repair would have been covered by my extended warranty. Because it wasn't repaired I had to break it open (on a Sunday on the interestate at a gas station) in order to make it home. When I talked to Ms Zimon about his she couldn't even be bothered to say she understood how I felt.
The repair was only supposed to be only supposed to to be an hour and 1/2. Came in at 10 and left around 2. No one came to me to tell me about delay or anything.

Very professional, Aaron had a such a joyful, helpful and welcoming personality that the whole experience felt great. The video evaluation, assessment and pictures of the work that needed to be done was very helpful. The whole process right from driving in to the service center, to getting checked in, to following your progress, to finally the payment was extremely streamlined and smooth.
