It was my first time getting service here, so maybe I just wasn't aware that a line of cars could form. I showed 10 minutes early and already 3-4 cars in line in front of service entrance. To not block the way, I parked on the side and waited for open. Several more cars arrived by the time the service door opened, and because I parked to the side I got checked in last due to how the line formed and progressed. Next time I'll arrive 20min early to have that first spot in line.

I didn't know you did test ride after a oil change. I took my car in with 42218 miles and got it back with 42220 miles. I did not like that someone drove my car without telling me. That has never been done. I was told that after I saw my mileage. And first of all the girl wrote down 42219 miles on paper work that was a lie my car had42218 when I got there. I am very disappointed with toyota. The only thing that needs to be checked is the oil filter & oil pan plug. Both can be checked with the engine on idling. The engine will billed oil persure with the engine idling. No need to had my car driven. Assuming both oil pan plug & oil filter were installed properly.
I brought my 2025 4Runner in for its first service visit. I had previously taken my truck to Toyota due to a cracked front piece that was hanging down and rubbing against my tire. Upon examination it was shown that bolts were never installed in the part. A ticket was entered. A few months later a recall was listed due to this being a common problem. I made an appointment to have the bolts added and the part replaced. The bolts were added to the BROKEN part without it being replaced. When I asked questions I was not given accurate information. No notes were placed on my account until I kept pushing. I finally had to request a manager. I am still waiting for a call to have my broken front piece replaced. As of this comment there has been no follow up. This is not a good experience.
