Since Westside bought Sunnyside, i am getting tired of constantly being shown recommendations for maintenance when I take my Highlander in for my standard maintenance appointments. If these recommendations are necessary based on the mileage of the car, then make them part of the scheduled maintenance. I rather pay for it knowing about it in advance or time of the appointment then being blind-sided by the recommendation during my service appointment.
Mr. Allgood was friendly & knowledgeable. He explained what was done & what needs a follow up.

Also need some help here… Service could not find any record of the 3 year service contract I purchased when I bought the RAV4. Thanks to Melissa in upgrades and Dave in finance the contract was found in the purchase folder. Please have it forwarded the Kentucky.

All service reps I dealt with were friendly and courteous
$99 for a $22 air filter and $82 for a cabin filter replacement, both tasks are unskilled and take less than five minutes each. Glad I did it myself. I understand you need to make money but is way too much.

My service engine alert is still on. I don’t think the recall was addressed as the rear back up guides are not operating as they should from factory. Was the oil change done? Overall not a great experience
