Nothing against Sam. She was great. I find it ridiculous that the department wanted to charge me $955 for a repair that I can do my self for $10 worth of double sided tape. Again, I want to stress I was treated kindly and professionally. I have no gripes with any employees. It's the policy that I find to be ridiculous.

Being told a a Prius at 205,000 miles is just going to have a rattling engine is not a solution to the problem. Carbon build up was causing the engine to rattle. An independent mechanic had it taken care of in less than a day.
These cars - when properly maintained - can easily hit 250,000+. To act as if a rattling engine at 200k is par for the course and that there's nothing can be done about it is ridiculous.

When I dropped my car off for service, Adrianna was nice. When I came to pick it up, I wasn't pleased with the service I received. I had to eventually ask for help becsuse I was just left standing there at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I will probably take my vehicle to another Toyota dealership for servicing in the future.
Aaron was very pleasant and help me get out of there quickly.
Sam was patient and kind and answered all of our questions. She reassured us and informed us about the inspection we had on our recently purchased used toyota Camry. She also looked into the car’s records at another Toyota location and summarized it for us. Sam provided a great experience for us at Westside Toyota! We have been a loyal Toyota customers for 20 years and we will be back with this car as well!
Everything was fine went smoothly actually better than I expected.
Except for the billing at the end of the service. I had an Internet email offered from Westside Toyota for an oil change for 5995 and it seemed like no one ever heard of the thing before because it didn’t really go well.
My original bill was 147 and change and because it is coupon, they were willing to takeoff $30. I insisted that they use the coupon under the Internet offer which came from Westside Toyota which they eventually did but left kind of a sour taste in my mouth.
This was my first interaction with Aaron. He was so kind. He was very honest about my car issues. I was really impressed by him. I think you are lucky to have him on your team!

I asked them to put air in tires so the light would go off. They said they would. Asked if the light was off when I paid, they said yes, but it wasn't. I drove away and light was still on! I also waited 3 1/2 hours for rear brakes, tire change and tire rotation. That's a little much. I was told an hour and a half approximately. Also I noticed a red scratch on my door that wasn't there before. There were a couple red cars that pulled in for service. It looks like a door may have hit it. I wasn't going to say anything, but you asked!
