KJ offered superior customer service. He checked previous maintenance records and found my battery was still under warranty. He communicated throughout my stay, projected realistic wait times and was very polite and professional. This was a very pleasant experience largely the result of the care he provided!

I waited 2 hours for a tire rotation. My car was in the exit bay for quite some time before I asked someone in service to check me out. The original person who checked me in was no where to be found. The gentleman who printed my paperwork was very nice. I will go back to Victory Toyota.
I’am writing to share my concerns regarding my recent service visit on 02/10,11
When we dropped off the vehicle, we were told we would receive a call when it was ready for pickup. We did not receive any call, and after waiting all day, I contacted the dealership the following morning. At that time, I was informed that the vehicle had actually been ready since the previous day.
When we arrived to pick up the car, we were told someone would bring it around shortly. After waiting for an extended period, I asked again and was then informed that the vehicle had already been parked outside and was ready. Additionally, we were told the key was inside the car, but it was not.
I understand that busy days happen, but the repeated lack of communication made the experience frustrating and inconvenient. Clear and timely updates would have made a significant difference.
I am sharing this feedback in hopes that it can help improve communication and customer experience moving forward. I would appreciate your acknowledgment of this concern.
