My appointment was for a tire rotation and oil change. I arrived early and still waited one hour and 40 minutes past my appointment time for my car. If the technician was that far behind I should have been given the opportunity to reschedule. The wait time for my service was unacceptable

The services provided by Jazz were excellent. I had an issue with the service management by not contacting me and the warranty as they should have and working slowing on my vehicle to increase the amount due. Then when I asked to talk they didn’t come and just kept sending Jazz to do THEIR job.
