My service representative was wonderful unfortunately at the time of booking my appt i was not told the length of the appt .my appt was at 10:45 and my car still wasnt ready not ready at 2. I was totally confused as I travelled 2 and 1/2 hours each way

Everyone was pleasant, professional and had my Vans first check up in record time. They also completed a recall problem. Jazz was very patient with me and explained everything clearly. And the gentleman Nelson that took me home and picked me up when my car was done was very pleasant. It was a good experience!

Don't make appointments for warranty issues then tell someone it'll cost 200 to look at it. My tires been going flat since before my first service. My entire ownership experience with you guys has been terrible. I still haven't heard from you guys about touching up those scratches either. Terrible communication, terrible customer service, I'm thoroughly disappointed in everything at this dealership. Everyone there should be embarrassed. No I'm not trying to get anything free no I'm not interested in talking about the situations. I'm just hoping to find a decent dealership to care for my car within 200 miles of roanoke rapids for my Toyota care needs in the future. I won't be returning to this establishment for anything under any circumstances. Not that the dealership in Henderson was better. They didn't notice the leak on my tire either. Hopefully the dealership in Raleigh is at least decent. I can't even trust the roanoke rapids location to change my oil. They've lost my respect completely

I purchased my 2003 Toyota Camry LE from what was then Bone's Toyota in the spring of 2004. It had approximately 17,000 miles on it. Since then, I've always taken my car back to Bone's Toyota which is now known as Roanoke Rapids Toyota for servicing. However, a few years ago someone there put the wrong motor oil in my car. After that occured, I have always taken my own oil, which is Castrol High Mileage 10W/30 Synthetic Blend. I was very disappointed to learn today that the new management won't allow their technicians to use my oil, which is what I've been using for a long time. I've maintained my car very well; and even though it's now 23 years old, it runs great, still has no sqeaks or rattles! I do always ask for a Toyota filter. However, with your new policy, I'm sorry to say I'll be looking another mechanic/company to service my car. Thanks and have a blessed day.

Purchased a used Nissan truck got to take it to the Nissan dealership to get worked on the PCM started messing up ONLY one week after purchasing was told don't have the right equipment to program a new one had to be done at the Nissan dealership guess the the one that programs Toyotas doesn't work on Nissans idk.i would have thought with not even being a month after purchase and its messing up more would have gotten done besides telling me what I already knew was the issue and sending me to Nissan like trading it back in for something else.i feel like the truck was already having these issues before I purchased it ????☹️
