Technician did a good job. Didn't like that I was charged $63 for hybrid battery filter. $32 labor to install a filter that takes 2 minutes. $31 for the filter that I could buy online from Roanoke Rapids Toyota for $21. Also I had a clip come off that hold the inside panel in fender well.I was charged for that part even though I bought the car brand new from RR 16 months ago.

I noticed there were times during my visit when he was running his area alone. But continued to show professionalism. He's appreciated! Oh and Frank is definitely GREAT at serving me very well.
