Jazz was very professional and very informative about our maintenence, she even gave me a brochure to let us keep up with the next maintenence on the truck and the details. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest she definitely gets a 10!!!!

I have been waiting since 7/3/26 to hear about my vehicle. Waited until today to call back. Can't seem to get Jazz to answer my calls. Tried 3 times today but no response. Not very happy.

Jazz was incredibly responsive and helpful. Coordinating my requests for additional status updates. She was extremely helpful with the logistics of us picking up the car, dropping off the rental, and being flexible as we live 4 hours away. The experience was so amazing I wish you could be our loval dealer. A million stars out of 10 for the service. I really cant say enough for how easy she made the incredibly stressful process of repairing a car that broke down on a road trip.
