The only problem is that an oil change shouldn't cost no one hundred dollars. All car repairs are to expensive. Even the cost of a new car or truck is to expensive.
Richard and Eric in service were fantastic. Would definitely go back due to them. The service dept is fantastic and do great work
Communication was difficult. Once I spoke to Richard he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately I had to initiate calls vs receiving updates on my truck
My truck was in & out in the time they said. I do however think maybe your advisors could ask about your app and if we know how the rewards & other things work on it.
Explained what needed to be done for the recall.
Got it right in and done as estimated.
Took three different appt to finally fix all the problems.
I sat in that waiting room from 10 to 12:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. I found out that I had a nail in my tire. You guys didn’t have any tires so he tried to order one. Maybe the price was too high which placed me in a funky mood. .
It was a pleasure to schedule the service on my GMC through Amanda. She is definitely an asset to your service department. I hope that I deal with her in the future when I need to bring one of my vehicles in. Though I did not meet her in person, as I had arranged for my vehicle to be picked up and brought back, I could tell that she was a pleasant and completely capable person who enjoyed her job and was proficient at dealing with customers.
The people are, and always are, very courteous and plesant. They all are eager to help in any way they can. My problem is the incomplete job done when I had new tires and an oil change performed. It seems the mechanics need a refresher course, I don’t know. It’s just a suggestion.
Richard is great to work with in every respect.
Everything was okay. Other than the wait and the $10 a light for fords junk lights. Could have bought all 16 for that at parts store
The service I received was great.
The staff was kind, patient and attentive. I’m grateful Tyler and his team were able to work with me.
