The only problem is that an oil change shouldn't cost no one hundred dollars. All car repairs are to expensive. Even the cost of a new car or truck is to expensive.

I sat in that waiting room from 10 to 12:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. I found out that I had a nail in my tire. You guys didn’t have any tires so he tried to order one. Maybe the price was too high which placed me in a funky mood. .

It was a pleasure to schedule the service on my GMC through Amanda. She is definitely an asset to your service department. I hope that I deal with her in the future when I need to bring one of my vehicles in. Though I did not meet her in person, as I had arranged for my vehicle to be picked up and brought back, I could tell that she was a pleasant and completely capable person who enjoyed her job and was proficient at dealing with customers.

The people are, and always are, very courteous and plesant. They all are eager to help in any way they can. My problem is the incomplete job done when I had new tires and an oil change performed. It seems the mechanics need a refresher course, I don’t know. It’s just a suggestion.
