I was very disappointed in the customer service of the employees. The service department doesn't greet you when you come in they give off a what do you want attitude. The price i was quoted was less than what someone emailed me when I brought it to the manager he said you guys started a new system and the higher price was wrong. I saw that excuse was used on Facebook post ive read about your service. I had to get the manager to tell me what was done to my car he was just going to give me my keys after I paid and get me off the lot. Im very disappointed with the customer service.

Richard and his technician identified an issue with the rear differential during the 100k maintenance check. He took the initiative to develop a warranty claim which was approved. His shop completed the work on schedule and returned the vehicle when expected. Had it not been for his diligence the issue would have been a major issue and expense. Total professionals. Great team work. Thank you.
I don't think it takes everything I asked him to do
The price doubled from last time. I paid $21 for my 10,000 mile maintenance, $22 for my 20,000 mile maintenance and when I compared my receipts there was nothing different on the 30,000 mile maintenance except the price was $43. I tried to call and got hung up on.
I’ve already talked to Richard and he is going to correct the problem
