Took too many days to diagnose issue, excuses about service techs out or all of them at Ford training, never offered a courtesy ride, shuttle or loaner vehicle even after I stated this is my only vehicle. As of right now I would not recommend anyone I know to this dealership and that’s something because myself my son, daughter, brother, sister and sister in law have all bought vehicles from this location when it was Zeck Ford.

Great attention to detail. During the service, the tech identified an issue with the rear differential that requires further work. However, with the extended warranty package that was purchased, this repair cost should be kept to a minimum cost. Appreciate the great service.

I was beyond satisfied with the service John Anderson provided. He was able to get me in quickly, explained everything thoroughly, and had me on my way in a short amount of time. Extremely happy and I tell all my friends about my experiences at Morris Smith service department and how they should be going to them if they are not.

I was disappointed to have a bill that was $90 for I’ll probably a 15 minute job to install the motor cover on the bottom side. Secondly I was disappointed with Ford by coming up with air sensors that are inside a tire and cannot be replaced as a complete unit my understanding and talking to the service gentleman that helped me was that this replacement cost about $160 per tire and right now I’m just not in a position to do that other than that Rogers help was spot on. He was very kind and thoughtful, but there’s just so many things that they can do so.

I'm still blown away with no spare tire. At around 1:24 pm I went back to speak to my representative to find out the status of my tire situation. My representative shared the maintenence attendant was putting on my spare tire and getting a quote together because there was a nail(she shared where) which cause the tire not to be repairable. She then came back and said there was no spare and had a tire quote of around $271 for one tire. After I got my keys back I pulled everything out of the back of my only to find NO tire. I'm pretty sure the former owners had a spare tire in that vehicle coming from Michigan. I'm sadden there was not a spare. My 2021 Escape had one and maybe I assumed there was one there whan I purchased the vehicle yet it would have been a plus to share spare tires where optional. My representative did not bring any connectivity as a customer. It was like I was there, but wasn't. Eventhough I live in Leavenworth County, I may have to find another dealership to service my vehicle because I am a believer in having the company dealership service my vehicle. These last few services has placed sadness in my heart evenmoreso changing over to Morris Smith.

Communication total lacking a communication link between the service department and me. After dropping off my truck I got ONE call from the service manager stating a technician found that the truck needed new door latches. They would arrive the next day, be installed and then ready for pickup. I called twice, leaving messages, no response. We had to leave for a family emergency on that Sunday. I gave my friend a check and he went to pick up the truck on Monday. It was not completed, wrong part sent(?), someone told my friend to come back on Wednesday. Now with all that and that many days I still did not get one phone call! This inability to communicate with me, the owner and the one paying over a thousand dollars for a service job makes it hard for me to TRUST an organization.
