Was not informed that any vehicle scheduled for diagnostic purposes was 1-2 day lead time. As I tried to get updates all I would receive was I don't know. Overall had to get my vehicle towed to another shop costing another 300 plus dollars and still no running vehicle. Overall completely dissatisfied with the shop Overall. Will not be returning there at all again, for work or personal stuff.

Rachel was very helpful. More of my concern is that I was told work was completed and the vehicle could be picked up, however, turned out no work had been completed at all and had to leave the vehicle again. Appreciate the shuttles to/from place of work and delivering vehicle back to VA, but may be a situation to be reviewed to discover where the breakdown was.

They did a great job and were very nice about explaining things to me but, customers time is worth something. The wait time was lengthy. I have had these types of services done on previous vehicles and I didn’t wait 5 hours. There is no need to contact me about this; I just think there has to be a way to speed up the process.
