Job well done and completed much quicker than expected. I have no complaints and all went well. Additionally all my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
I had an appointment at 9:00 and was on time however three others showed up and were taken before for the same thing. My car was not finished until after 1:30 so I was without my car for 4.5 hours when I was told it would be about 1.5-2 hours. By the way I bought my car from Morris Smith September 23, 2025. I don’t think Cody did that but other service personnel should be able to see all appointments to keep that from happening.
The job was completed in a timely manner! Friendly greetings and service.
Despite some minor setbacks, Cody did a great job and the team was very thorough.

From the moment I entered the garage Shantell had her face up & smiling & started the conversation. She was thorough, kind & a good listener. I & my family have been very happy w/Zeck Ford for 40 years & it’s really good I can feel the same way with Morris/Smith. Receiving positive attention immediately upon entering a business is a rare thing these days!

Failure to communicate at time of initial scheduling. The cost of a diagnostic nor the extended time frame to get it done was communicated .Additionally even though the appointment was made nearly 2 weeks in advance for 8am. I received no communication til almost noon and car wasn’t ready til 2:30.
