Poor communication between service department members. The receptionist "Eric" is less than helpful and did not send any of my messages to Shantel. He transferred me to only have it hang up and never told my service advisor I called. I've received service here several times and if not for the proximity I would not use this service department. Ms. Shantel is kind and trying her best but the service department needs a structural overhaul.

I was bringing my vehicle in for service and recall for my back up camera. I was specific about it. When I bought it in, they did the works service but they didn't do the camera. They claimed they had to order it. Now I have to schedule.another appointment for the recall crap.

I was told it’d be probably 1 1/2 hour wait because they were very busy. I only had to wait a little over 1 hour. The young lady was very nice but professional. I appreciate good customer service.

Richard is always so pleasant to work with. He is never too busy, even when it’s busy. He is always very professional and is. Always in a positive mood when I drop my car off when he’s calling me to tell me it’s finished and when I arrive to pick my car up. It is nice to feel like I’m never rushed or an inconvenience..
