I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:45. And 12:40 I was told it would be another 45. I finally got my car at 2:15 and missed my 2pm meeting for work. Very frustrating. Have never had an oil change/tire rotation take over 3 hours. The service rep was very apologetic and even comped my service…which she didn’t have to do but was appreciated for the terrible experience. Unfortunately this is the second unpleasant experience so I likely won’t be returning.
Service advisor Richard was fantastic. He looked at my service package that I have on my truck to see if the cabin and air filters were covered and they were! He even installed one to get me out the door faster. Above and beyond for sure!
Richard went above and beyond to clear up a possible discrepancy with some paperwork and communicated directly with me to ensure I had a clear understanding of what was going on.

Was shocked the price of just a single oil change being $97.00 I can see $60 plus tax but $97.00 was too much. We are not out of oil in the USA!!!
