Receptionist was super awesome. Diagnosis was inaccurate and the suggested repair wouldn’t fix the problem. I stated it’s a 21-22 Ford common issue that was easily found online yet the expert knew better. It was reprogramming the DSP. No worries. Thank you.

I’ve had my Ford Escape since January 2024 and bought at Morris and when I went for oil change they put all the info on th Ford Escape 2015 that I leased. They should have checked to make sure they had the right vehicle plus I just had oil changed 6 months prior same place and they got it right then. Why are all my past vehicles I’ve leased on my account still? I’ve bought/leased from Zeck for 20 years. So what’s up? They had to change to my new vehicle and didn’t get my vehicle checklist. Said they’d email and they haven’t. Both gentlemen had great customer service Matt and John.

I bought my car on April 25th 2025 brand new from morris smith. Cody called me to tell me my car was done, I asked about the noise under the drivers side door that they were supposed to look into - he didn’t know anything about it. I said I told the service dept about it when I scheduled the appointment. He said they’ll look at it. He calls me back and lets me know 2 clips are missing and they’ll put them in, not covered under my bumper to bumper warranty for some reason. He said he’d call back when it was done. Never got a call and it was 20 minutes to close, so I called. Cody answered, yes your car is done it’s $123. I said for clips? He said no you got an oil change. I responded with yes I have a 1 year service package. Cody says yeah I see it expires on the 25th - it’s only the 6th, he said I’m new here I don’t know what’s going on so he asks Rick. Rick doesn’t know what’s going on either but I have to pay for the oil change. Get put on hold for 8 minutes just for another service guy to pick up the phone, I have to explain the whole situation again. He also says don’t know what’s going on, the system says you have to pay even though your package doesn’t expire for 19 more days. None the less, I won’t be returning. I have had 4 appointments there and have had an issue 3 of the 4 times.
