After receiving my truck for a radiator change, there is no engine coolant in my reservoir and i have a headlight that will not turn off. I had to remove a battery post and leave my car unsecured to keep from draining the battery.

By the way, our truck has not been starting. We took it into another auto shop and they said the code was from the starter. But they realized the starter was loose. And we haven't had a problem since. You had to take out the starter in order to do the torque converter. We are not very satisfied and worried about anything else that could have been missed.

Tyler was ver helpful in getting my service completed. He also arranged for my car to be delivered to my house when completed as I had a conflict. He went one step farther to check my warranty for repairs that need to be completed.

Had appointment for 1/26 for diagnostics to determine what the problem was with my car. You had the car all day and we called at 3:30 to find out what was going on. Tyler informed me that the diagnostics took 24 hrs so I called back the next day. Tyler’s not in and there’s no sharing of info with fellow techs. We tried calling half a dozen times and finally got someone to check if the diagnostics had even been done. It had not. Tried to talk with service manager and all we got was voicemail. We picked up the car. All we got was ghosted.

Tyler’s communication was awesome. He reached out when they pulled the car in, explained next steps, then assured me he would call as soon as they knew what was going on with the vehicle. He did exactly as he said and called once the diagnostic work was complete. I appreciate Tyler!

First, I have used your Service several times and the personnel do not ever greet customers when they enter the area. They just sit there looking at their screens or phones or talking to each other. I don’t wok there, so obviously I am there for a reason that requires interaction with someone who does. Not just me, others who come in after me too. Would they like for me to just start walking around in the service area? Also, my last appointment, which was supposed to take about an hour turned into three and a half hours. The issue was fixed and completed, and that is good, but throughout the wait (which stretched through lunchtime, theirs, not mine), I wasn’t given accurate updates and had I known that it would take that long, I would have made different arrangements. They should just tell the customer what is really going on so when things change, we can adjust accordingly. I don’t know how you guys are going to stay in business because there are other Ford dealerships near by who may appreciate my business more than you do.

I was happy with the overall service I received; however I asked for my contact information to be updated because they kept contacting my soon-to-be ex-husband. I thought that had been taken care of; however all of the after-visit correspondence has still gone to him. Thankfully, he forwards it on to me, but it’s still frustrating when I am trying to conduct my business apart from him!
