I wasn’t expecting Tyler to get my car worked on that day, but he worked it in and I was very pleased. The mechanic did a great job Tyler let me know exactly what what’s going on and when it would be ready so very happy with the service.

As soon as I drove away, the splash shield came unhooked and starting dragging below my truck. This is the second time that I've left a service and something wasn't up to par.

I brought car in due to a slow leak in passenger side front tire. After paying for 2 new tires and a valve stem, That tire was 5-6 psi lower than the other tires and slightly below recommended PSI. Also, one of the 2 new tires was missing a cap on the valve stem. Minor issues, but the work lacked attention to detail and created a perception of sloppy work. Those are just the little mistakes I can see.

No issues with Tyler. He was professional and patient. However, 17 days to repair/replace a ABS, TCM, and safety recall of brake maser cylinder is excessive to say the least. Tyler did good job of keeping me informed, but info should be pushed more than customer having to pull. And when delay after delay became frustrating, service manager never reached out to explain or reinforce message from service advisor.
Richard was very professional and polite.
The service team was able to add on an oil change same day to save an extra trip. Very much appreciated.
