I feel as if my windshield should have just been replaced instead of trying to fix not one but 2 chips in my windshield. It was “fixed” but you can’t tell at all if anything it looks worse than before.

Took a day off work excepting for an issue to be fixed. Then tried to charge me full price to diagnose an issue I already knew. Huge waste of time

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I finally got my car in to see if I needed the recall done in Sept. 2025. Yes, I needed my car repaired, was told it would take a while for parts to come in. I had no communication, so I finally call in Jan.2026 and was told I had my car repaired in Oct. (probably the reason for no communication). Finally, got my car in and tried twice to get an update on progress. No response. When I go to pick my car up I was handed my keys & paperwork and had to ask where my car was located. The whole ordeal was unprofessional.
