If Kia Country of West Ashley was a person, I'd fight anyone who bothered them. Like, did y'all REALLY put me in a LYFT while I was stressing about how I'd get back to work? The service was so awesome, I didn't need for a single thing, down to the snacks and fruit infused water machine. (Chef's kiss for that btw) Thank you Mr. Justin, Ms. Laura, and especially Mr. Kevin! He worked out my issue with my warranty company and HAD MY CAR WASHED! MY BABY WAS SO SHINY!! Thank you Kia of West Ashley, you got yourself a new regular.
It's been so long since I've seen this level of customer service anywhere. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and inviting. I called around before I decided to choose this location. I live in North Charleston and could've gone anywhere, but I'm so glad I made the commute. I was stressed about getting a ride to work, Ave I was please that they provided a complimentary Lyft back!! Laura was a pleasure to work with and stayed on top of my difficult situation. As a service consultant she did everything in her power to help. My frustration was having to have my Telluride towed in 3 times before the mechanics could solve the problem of what was draining my battery so my vehicle wouldn’t start. It caused much inconvenience for me being without my Telluride for more than 2 weeks over a 6 week period. I am hoping the problem is solved. Laura is great and I will work with her for my regular service
