Service was excellent. Waiting room was clean but need to be renovated. It gives it mor like a house garage room.
Job well done and we are satisfied. Thanks
Service reps were very professional

I didn’t see William he was with another customer, but Tony stepped in and he was very helpful.
Thanks to the crew in parts. One gentleman was terrific, but I don’t know his name.(I think he was in charge)
Zach was awesome. Our recall took a while, but we know that wasn't anyone's fault. I had to bring two of my kids. Thanks for keeping it a welcoming place for them.
Always professional. Pleasant experience. And even get a clean car!
He was a very nice man and did well
Timely and knowledgeable ser ice department
I believe I ended up working with the Service Manager Justin Mallard. He was exceptional in the service provided. He test drove my car first, then had the mechanic do the alignment, and then test drove it again with him and I in the car. Must appreciated on how thorough he was when addressing the issue and ensuring it was fixed.
Over the six weeks that Kia had my vehicle, the communication from the service department was completely unacceptable.
Not once—not a single time—did anyone proactively contact me with an update. Every piece of information I received about my vehicle came because I called the dealership. Every. Single. Time.
There were periods where I would call repeatedly over several days, leave voicemail messages, and never receive a return call. Even after I expressed my frustration about the complete lack of communication, nothing changed. I was assured that someone would call me back with an update, and I was even given specific days and times when I could expect a call. Those calls never came.
For the first two weeks, I had virtually no information about what was happening with my vehicle. I made it clear that I urgently needed reliable updates because I was paying out of pocket to rent a car while mine was in the shop. Since no one could tell me how much longer repairs would take, I had to keep extending my rental one week at a time for a total of six weeks.
I understand that repairs can take time, especially when waiting on parts or dealing with warranty approvals. My frustration is not with the length of the repair itself—it’s with the complete lack of communication and customer service throughout the process. Keeping a customer informed is one of the most basic expectations of any service department, and in this case, that simply did not happen.
No customer should have to chase down updates on their own for six weeks. A quick phone call or text every few days would have made a tremendous difference. Instead, I was left wondering what was happening with my vehicle unless I took the initiative to call, often multiple times.
This was, without question, the worst service communication experience I have ever had from an automotive dealership
Service was easy to schedule and quick. Staff was friendly. And thank you for having phone chargers in waiting area. I had mine but had forgot in my car that was always in service bay!! ????
Thank you for the personalized service. Love the car being clean for me
Purchased the customer care plan & was told all oil changes were covered during the 48 month, 48,000 miles parameters. Today I was told all of the oil change credits are used on my plan. My paperwork don’t show or detail a set number of oil changes on the CS plan. This is nickel and diming the customer and negatively reflects on Kia and specifically Kia Country… all for a lousy $80. The Financial guy needs to know people won’t recommend Kia Country and Kia.
As always. Everything was excellent and as promised. In and out in a little over an hour.
Fast and professional. I am satisfied.
GREAT SERVICE, GREAT TEAM
Excellent service, professional and extremely friendly
I love getting services from a small dealership. It’s so much less complicated, precise timing, and friendly.
