On Friday 3/20 I had the window trim replaced as part of the recall. One of the old panels had fallen off prior to the service. On Saturday 3/21 I noticed that both of the new front panels (driver and passenger front) were coming off the vehicle.

Great service! I called to let them know that I was stuck in traffic crossing the city and that I was arriving at 6:01pm to pick up my car asking if they could please wait for me and they did! Great service!
