This is my third request evaluating the service, instead of going to other places that could change the oil. I come to you because I assume you are experts, and if that is true, you are held to a higher standard. None of my complaints are at all a big deal, but it should be standard practice. My tires were not adjusted correctly as one PSI was 33, another 36, another 34 &37. So if you are "teaching me how to better trim my tires, you end up confusing me. Generally, when oil is changed, there is a new sticker placed on the inside of the front windshield to remind the driver when it is time to change again. That didn't happen. I also asked that my car not be washed twice, and my message never got to the proper service person. I come to you all knowing that some prices are higher, but accepting the quality of service might be of a higher quality.
