They fit me in quickly without having an appointment for an oil change today. Everything went smoothly and I was updated as needed. The waiting room was comfortable and I appreciated the snacks and drinks available. Would definitely recommend this dealership for service.

Extremely pleased with service
I went for an inspection of my door on November 13. I was told at that appointment that they would contact me when parts arrived because I needed a new harness for my passenger sliding door on Kia carnival. I was told I would need to drop my car off for a few hours. I did not receive a phone call when the part arrived so I had to contact Kia to set up appointment. Had my whole entire day arranged for December 16 to bring the car to the dealership to have the door fixed. I was not offered a courtesy car for my three small children instead had to have a friend told us around in her vehicle all day long until I received the message my car was complete completed. We drove all the way out to West Ashley with five young children in a car to get to the dealership. My keys were handed to me by a service tech, and I was not even escorted to my vehicle to make sure it was in working condition. I arrived at my car and it was indeed not working. After the service manager and another technician came to the car they realized it was not working. I was told I would have to bring my car back again for another inspection and for them to complete the work. This has been such an inconvenient situation of what feels like complete incompetence. I was again told I would be called with a courtesy vehicle that will fit three car seat seats. Hopefully the call will be sooner rather than later. We have purchased several cars from Kia country and this is the first experience. I have been completely dissatisfied with.
The appointment went very smoothly and had great communication. Only thing negative I could say is that when I got in my car, there was a strong odor of gasoline. They did leave my driver side window open, I guess to air it out.
I am always pleased with the exceptional customer service I receive from Kia Country Charleston.
