Service was smooth and completed in a very reasonable timeframe. Laura was very communicative about what services were recommended and explained the reason behind those recommendations very well. I’m very satisfied with the customer service she provided (as I always am with Kia Country) and I will definitely be returning the next time my Sorento needs service

Is checking the windshields part of the check? Mine seem to smear when on and not completely clearing the rain water. Please send me an answer.
The service team is always amazing.
I’m very surprised that the parts for the recall back up camera aren’t in stock. Also I have had issues with the automatic up on the front windows. It has been checked there at least twice before. Today’s appointment was for that specifically and they didn’t have that part either. Not very well stocked.
On time, washed my car, staff nice and easy to work with!
Dropped car off on Thursday for an early Friday oil change. Work completed as promised , car washed , cabin filter replaced under maintenance plan and even sent an Uber to pick me up. Now that's I call excellent service !
The service department was Awesome especially the young lady in the service department she said she was there for one month.
