My driver side front door was damaged while it was being serviced. When I saw the damaged, I returned to the service desk and received an apology, but now I have to return to have it ‘repainted’. I’m very disappointed that my vehicle was damaged while in your care and that it was not reported to me. I have had no dents, scratches, or other wear and tear issues, and wonder if I can trust the care given my vehicle when I need service.
