Oil change And car wash. All done under an hour. Great service. Service department is as good as sales. So happy we came to Kia Country.

My vehicle was kept at the dealership for nearly three weeks, yet the actual work performed consisted of what was described to me as a very limited inspection and a short test drive. During this entire time, I received no proactive communication or updates from the service department.
I only learned the status of my vehicle because I called the dealership myself to request an update. Ironically, during that call, I was told that my car was already ready, which does not align with the length of time it was held or the minimal work completed.
The lack of communication, transparency, and explanation for the extended delay was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Given that this involved a newer vehicle with an active safety recall, the handling of the situation left me with serious concerns about both customer care and overall service practices.
Noticed drivers side seat’s leather cushion is beginning to split at the seam. Rep took a picture to ask hire UPS about it getting repaired or replaced under the warranty. Car is kept immaculately. Not listing completely satisfied because he has to submit photo for review and was unable to provide decision at time of service. Understandable, but answering question literally, didn’t get an answer so everything wasn’t 100% completely satisfied.

Service was as scheduled, coutesy abounds with every service call. I have been a customer since 2015. Bought a 2nd Kia from this dealership because of the service department.

Mr Cruz was very welcoming and quick to get me going. Kia has ALWAYS been a good experience, but today, not Mr Cruz but whoever moved my car into the shop to get it fixed drove too close to something and scratched the rear part by the wheel under the gas cap. Mr Cruz was very quick to say I could return on a Tuesday to get it fixed. Buffed and repainted , Which I appreciated. Hopefully I can return on the 10th and get this taken care of.
Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He is excellent.
If you require warranty approval why wait until I get there. Appointment was made weeks earlier.
