Put March inspection sticker on 2016 Highlander where current window sticker was April. Had to return and get Scot B to get this fixed. Also, notified by text at 2:55pm car would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Not done till 3:55 pm. Have come to expect long waits but after be notified car nearly done this was disappointing. Have purchased 4 cars from Laurel in past 15 years, but after today I may go else where for next car.

For a tire rotation one hour and thirty minutes is to long. The other thing is when the car was finished. It sat out in the parking lot until I had to go up to the counter. Your service department should go into the service waiting area and acknowledge that the car is finished. I do believe I got an email but if you don’t have your phone and I was on silent, I did not see a text. My suggestion would be to try to expedite oil changes and tire rotations on a faster basis.
