He was friendly, efficient, and professional and he kept me informed of the progress on my car. He told me that my battery was fine, but just on the cusp of being fine. When I decided to get a new battery, he gave me the price and special features of two batteries so that I could make an informed decision. He also scheduled an appointment for state inspection that I had requested. He deserves an excellent review.

The service and staff were great, but I'm definitely not satisfied with the surcharge for cc payments. I am aware of it and am always informed when paying but most services are not cash/debit capable for all and require a cc. To charge a surcharge for the only other payment option available is just plain corporate greediness. My $1200+fee went to $1300 and as much as I prefer Toyota service, my former service station is looking more appealing as time goes on

I love that Toyota Care is available to individuals that purchase a vehicle at Laurel Toyota. On the positive the job was done promptly and perfectly. The technician had great communication and did what the Toyota Care protocol is at 15,000 miles. The only thing I feel should be changed for these services is that a car wash or a vacuum out would be the icing on the cake. Granted I drove 25 miles for a tire change, floor mat check, and fluid top off. Thank you!
