I was texted that my vehicle was ready to come home at 10:30 I got there around 10:45 and I waited 2.5 hours to pick up my vehicle. Then after I paid the bill and started home, I only got about 3 miles down the road and the same problem occurred again so I turned around and took it back to servive department. Show them the problem and I waited another half hour for a scan test and ended up leaving my vehicle there to pick up next day.Alan apologized to me at least 3 times, but I was not really a happy camper. I got a call this evening so I will pick it up tomorrow and hope for the best.Alan was also nice enough that he did not charge me for labor 2nd time around. People were nice but I was anxious because I have PTSD
