While not requested and definitely a courtesy, closer attention to the car wash job the service guys do. There were large, multiple spots missed on both sides of my Venza. I went through a car wash on my way home.

Put completely diggerent wheels on my truck which was jot balanced to even see if that was the problem then reballanced my wheels on my truck which made it worse the tech had a pile of 1/4 ounce sticky weights on my back wheels was way outta ballance then I proceeded to take my truck to carmans tire had to take more outta my time and money to pay them to do the job right as they were so far outta ballance but carmans tore got me fixed up and job done right
Matt and Brent were tremendous, the service area was swamped and many people in service waiting area as well , but Matt, Brent and your toyota team stayed the calm, cool course, collected & delivered on their promise to fix my problematic nail hole in back passenger tire... We all decided that a new tire was for the best and a very safe & smart decision..Thank You...

The Team, starting with Matt Horner, did so much over and above what I expected. Matt was super helpful retrieving my insurance and registration information (even printing it for me to have); washing my car and vacuuming; Shuttling me. Best yet was the very reasonable price.

The undercoating job was done very well. Nice thick coverage. The ceramic paint protection also looks great. The mud flaps were installed and look very good. So far my overall experience at Laurel Toyota has been excellent. I'm looking to buy a new Corolla Cross in the next couple years, and I'll definitely check out Laurel Toyota.

Steering wheel is centered perfectly now. My experience at Laurel Toyota so far has been excellent. Very friendly staff. My only minor issue was the courtesy car wash. It looked very rushed, entire sections on the sides were missed. But at least it was free.
