I’ve had great experiences coming here for service! The dept is polite, on time, and reasonably priced. Will continue to come here!
After the service they forgot to reset the alarm on my screen saying service is needed. Also they did not update the sticker giving me the next mileage point for service. Lastly my Toyota ap suddenly can no longer access the car.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Vehicle inspection showed brakes needed replaced. Service gave options without being "pushy". All services were completed promptly.
The staff was very polite and took care of me and my situation. They went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely go there again for service on my rav4. Thank you so much for everything.
I am extremely happy with Laurel Toyota’s service department. The front desk employees are fast and friendly and the technicians are excellent and competent. Ive heard a handful of horror stories in the GR Corolla community regarding servicing them, especially during the 20k service but Laurel Toyota has been excellent!
Matt was great to deal with - he made everything so simple even after an open recall was discovered! And the gentlemen that brought my car to me afterwards were wonderful!
