After the service they forgot to reset the alarm on my screen saying service is needed. Also they did not update the sticker giving me the next mileage point for service. Lastly my Toyota ap suddenly can no longer access the car.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Vehicle inspection showed brakes needed replaced. Service gave options without being "pushy". All services were completed promptly.

I am extremely happy with Laurel Toyota’s service department. The front desk employees are fast and friendly and the technicians are excellent and competent. Ive heard a handful of horror stories in the GR Corolla community regarding servicing them, especially during the 20k service but Laurel Toyota has been excellent!

Check-in was easy and quick. Appreciated being informed during the repair. Friendly staff. Repairs were explained and also upcoming issues were stated Only bad thing was the cost of part and labor (not Toyotas fault). We were pleased with whole process.
