My car came in for 2 recalls and my key fobs not permitting automatic start after an app update- they got unprogrammed. The technician only did the recalls. Remote start still not working in vehicle.

The service experience was great as always. The only disappointment was the lack of a courtesy ride home after dropping my car off. I understood that the distance was longer than the usual amount that you do but I was able to get it before and I was told that it would be provided this time. I do greatly appreciate the body shop staff for trying to fix the situation with another driver but by then I already had someone on the way to get me home.
I was told it would cost $80-90. But the bill was over $100
Was treated with respect & kindness. I appreciate having my vehicle attended to promptly because of a medical situation with a family member.
