Jamie was very helpful. She was very patient with me in determining if I was up to a free oil change. Also, she kindly set up my next six month appointment with an inspection and made an appointment for inspection of my son’s car. She is a great nice service advisor and would recommend her to other customers.

Toyota warranty company says that the usb port problem was never sent to them. Matt told me it was rejected by the warranty company. More to come

Great service. Some differing opinions as to what is required to maintain factory and lifetime warranties on vehicles with low mileage use. Sales manager said every 5k miles or 6 months to rotate the tires and every 10k miles or 12 months for oil changes.
