I setup the appointment to have the maintenance light and inspection taken care of. The maintenance light was still on when I received my vehicle back. I went on YouTube to figure out how to clear it. Also when they replaced my battery they never fixed the clock. Little things sometimes make a big difference. Nothing majorly wrong with the service.

There was a mix up with my car, and I know stuff happens. Our appt was at 1 for tire rotation. We never left there until almost 3:30. They gave me wrong keys and then didn't know where my car was. I thought I would be offered something free, but we just got an apology.oh well
Jamie was a very professional and does her job well. She was helpful and kind.
Jamie is awesome and goes above and beyond. Rich,the technician did a great job with the upgrades. He also did a 4 wheel alignment. The steering wheel is perfectly straight and it steers better now than it has since new. Thanks for such great service! Jim Frankenberry
Jamie went out of her way to get my car repaired as soon as possible. My car broke down far from home and I really appreciated that she could fit me in even though the service department was fully booked. I won't forget how helpful everyone was in the service department.

Just went to buy a battery for my Highlander and it took over 30 minutes.
Appreciate the service department taking the time needed to determine the issue.
They seemed rude when I first came in. Sort of like standoffish. Like that's their territory and I don't belong, that type of thing. Then when it came time to pick up the vehicle, it's like they were in a hurry to push me out. I know in today's society that's the normal but, I'm not impressed.
