I was told it would take one hour for the repair, but I waited 1 1/2 hours. I understand that sometimes repairs take longer for a variety of reasons and it can’t be helped. So although I understand I couldn’t mark that I was completely satisfied. Everything else was completely satisfactory!

I was very dissatisfied with Laurel Toyota to the point I am going to write a letter to the main corporation. I drove my 4Runner 1 hour to get the 4wd diagnosis, which I believed to be the actuator. I was told this would cost $85. I was NEVER told that I would only be given 30 minutes of diagnostic time for $85. Only an idiot would think this could be diagnosed within 30 minutes. I was planning to purchase a new 4 runner at some point in the future. However, because of your dishonesty I’ll never come to this dealership again. I can easily pay the $85, but it is the point that the manger didn’t tell me the whole story and that it would cost me $355, which is complete rip off considering small town mechanics give free estimates! This was total big city, could care less about working with the customer on this con job. For stealing $85 from me, your dealership has lost years of sales to me and my family. I will be contacting more people about this. I work a professional job, expect honesty as I am honest, my word is always trustworthy and I thought a professional dealership would be the same. I drive nothing but Toyotas, but I’ll never visit your dealership again. As I said, my word is always truth, I am contacting the main Toyota corporation because of the dishonesty shown. You owe me $85, it’s not the sum it’s the point!!! Then when I tried to ask your maintenance manager a question about an actuator, he could not even answer simple questions, but said he was in that position for 30 years???

My car came in for 2 recalls and my key fobs not permitting automatic start after an app update- they got unprogrammed. The technician only did the recalls. Remote start still not working in vehicle.

I believe the car needs another look. With fixing the heat and servicing a recall my car is suddenly shaking out of control. This was not a problem before.
