Last spring you did a recall repair on the turn signal switch. Replaced a functioning one with one that is extremely sensitive when the headlights are on. They will die without warning when the turn signal is touched. It needs to be replaced, pure and simple. Neither Alison nor the mechanic was interested. Said the problem could not be reproduced.

I purchased the 2024 EV6 two weeks ago. I was on my first road trip from Durham NC to Hilton Head SC when the coolant warning appeared. This situation created a major concern for me about the reliability. Kia Country checked the coolant for leaks and adjusted the coolant. The customer service was professional, polite, engaging, and reasuring. Thumbs up!!!

I explicitly told the service person NOT to do an oil change, and it wasn’t until I got home and reviewed the receipt that I found out that an oil change was performed. I’m very frustrated by this.

Hi. I wasn’t unhappy but not completely happy. We dropped the car on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Had to call on Friday and got called back that there was good news and bad news. Good news is that it would be covered, something to do with jump ring and bolts, but that the part(s) won’t be here til Monday or Tuesday. So we get a call on Tuesday still no part it will be ready on Wednesday. So now it’s been a week no biggie .. what’s another day. Get a call on Wednesday afternoon that there is good news and bad news again… ????. Good news parts are in but it’s not covered. I was a bit confused but Elliot said she would try to do something. We were very happy that it was taken care of.. so thankful for that. Still not sure what the actual issue was though. Where did the parts that were replaced go to? Whatever was done seemed to have worked but am still in the dark about exactly which part of the vehicle theses parts went to. So yes after all is said and done we are happy with the service we received. Having to wait over a week for a ring and bolts to be installed that took an hour and a half to install and was potentially going to cost close to $500.00 was unsettling.

We brought our vehicle in for service because a check engine light came on. We waited over 10 days for the service appointment. The check engine light went off on the vehicle. The maintenance team didn’t oil change but never did a diagnostic on why the check engine light came on. We have had the vehicle back for seven days and now the check engine light is back on when I called. They said that they never ran a diagnostic because the check engine light wasn’t on at the time, but now the check engine light is back on, and I have to make another service appointment and inconvenience myself again when I live 45 miles away, which is an hour of my time back-and-fourth. When making an appointment with the service representative, she said I could do another drop off. I don’t have time to inconvenience another person to drop off the vehicle with me and then inconvenience another person to pick the vehicle back up with me as I live an hour away, I asked about a possible fleet car and I would not mind leaving it back-and-forth, but I don’t have family in town or people that can just drop me off and leave my car when it’s an hour Away. Really disappointed that they didn’t run a diagnostic on my vehicle when that is why I brought the vehicle there.
