I am very happy with the service department but would make a suggestion that it explicitly states that if you schedule services online, it is considered a “drop off” as I was told I could not wait for my vehicle in the waiting area for this reason. The estimated time was several hours, which I would have been happy to wait for. Instead, I had to schedule an Uber to and from the dealership for a car that was ready in less than two hours. It was a lesson learned for me, but is something I was unaware of in the nearly 3 years of scheduling service at your dealership.

Ms. Melissa was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was driving back from Florida to North Carolina when my car broke down. She was extremely accommodating and kept me updated every step of the way. There need to be more people like Ms. Melissa! Her service was second to none and I can’t thank her enough for all of her help.

Alison was very helpful. Unfortunately I was in a bind, my car broke down the day before I needed to leave to come back home. Not only was she able to work me in, my car was finished before noon which is when she estimated. I am so grateful. She was pleasant, helpful, and even delivered a clean car.
