We were at the dealership for almost 2 hrs, for an oil change. Some places change oil in 10 mins while you remain in the car...
I had another great experience at the dealership thanks to my service advisor. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She kept me updated throughout the entire service process, which I really appreciated.

My issue was not resolved. I drove off the lot and the warning lights came right back on. From my app it appears no one took the car for a drive to see if it was fixed. I turned around and went back in and Melissa kindly took my papers back out and ordered a new part. Had anyone driven it, they would have had it come back in immediately. .2 mile
Now, I wait again for a part and another day with no car.

The work was very efficient and I will continue to come back to Kia of Hilton head for my maintenance service. The decor is immaculate. The customer service is out of this world. They just know how to sit there and make you part of the Kia family.

Alison was fantastic. She provided the best experience I’ve had there yet. However, my complimentary car wash sucked. There were bugs on my windshield and on my windows still. I hope this reaches the right department.
