The lack of verification resulted in unnecessary wasted time for me. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30, and I arrived before it. However, I was greeted and my vehicle was checked in at 12:30. At 3 p.m., I inquired at the service department desk and discovered a mix-up. My vehicle was still in the waiting area and had not been serviced. A more efficient system is required to ensure that when a vehicle is brought in for maintenance or services. When the service dept clerk collects your keys and tickets/ tags the vehicle at checked in, when the technician collects the keys and paperwork they verifies and signs in to confirm that they are servicing the correct vehicle. I sincerely hope I never encounter this situation again.

Melissa was great. It's not easy to meet people's expectations,especially when it gets to trouble shooting a problem that's intermittent. I also have to say everyone in the service department was happy and courteous. Thank you!

Although it took KIA corporation months to realize there was an issue and fix the window trim issue, I was appreciative of KIA Country of Hilton Head who ordered the trim kit and replaced the lost pieces and updated the window which had not lost the trim.
